| In addition to exporting diagram in RTF and PDF formats, Sequence Diagram Editor can print diagrams directly from the application.

| To print the active diagram:
|
| · | Invoke the Print command from the file menu (File | Print)
|
| · | The Print dialog will appear allowing you to select the printer, page range, printer properties, number of copies, etc., or to cancel the print
|
|
|
| Note: diagram documentation notes are not printed with the diagram and must be printed separately.
|
|
|
| To view a print preview of the active diagram:
|
| · | Invoke the Print Preview command from the file menu (File | Print Preview)
|
| · | The Print Preview window will appear providing a preview of the print using the default printer and current page settings
|
| · | Print preview supports different magnification levels and page views and can be used to print the diagram
|
|
|
| To print documentation notes for the active diagram:
|
| · | Invoke the Print Documentation Notes command from the file menu (File | Print Documentation)
|
| · | The Print dialog will appear allowing you to select the printer, page range, printer properties, number of copies, etc., or to cancel the print
|
| · | Click on the Print button to continue
|
| · | A print preview showing the documentation that will be printed is presented
|
| · | To complete the print, click on the Print toolbar icon in the print preview
|
| · | To cancel the print, close the print preview without printing
|
