| Free notes can be placed anywhere in the diagram.

| To move a free note to a new location:
|
| · | Select the free note to move
|
| · | Press and hold the left mouse button over the body of the free note
|
| · | Drag the mouse. A drag rectangle representing the free note should move with the cursor.
|
| · | Drag the free note to the desired location
|
| · | Release the left mouse button to drop the note in its new location
|
|
|
| Press Esc key to cancel the drag operation. If the note has a connector, it will remain anchored at its current location.
|
|
|
| Drag operations can also be used to create copies of free notes. Simply hold the Ctrl key while dropping the note in its new location.
|
|
|
| Free notes can also be moved by changing the Offset values in the input form.
